Opening hours and registration

The Schaugarten is open from June 2011 to September for visiting groups.

If you wish to visit the Schaugarten please arrange a date with us.

The guided tour includes a visit to the exhibition gardens and the exhibition in the monastery.

Groups

As soon as we receive your application, we will contact you by phone to arrange a date and to plan your visit to the Schaugarten Üplingen.

Besides the visit to the gardens and the exhibition (about 2 hours) it also is possible to visit the monastery and the distillery (about 1 hour), as well as a walk through the UNESCO village Üplingen with its octagon church (about 1 hour).

If desired you can complete your visit to the Schaugarten with a discussion and short presentations about modern plant breeding and plant biotechnology.
